Sofar Ocean Technologies is a company that tracks and models weather data over the oceans.

For this project, I started with a fork of the Wayfinder repo, and then built out the site to display global weather data across different weather variables.

Each yellow map icon represents a Sofar spotter, a bouy deployed in the ocean which is reporting recent weather data. By clicking on a spotter, a user can compare the reported weather data agianst Sofar's modeled weather for that location in the ocean.
