ManyMaps is a site for designing your own map prints. The site is built on Shopify, and I made the site end-to-end, including concept, frontend and backend code, visual design, and photography.

The frontend uses d3.geo.tile, and styles the map by inserting CSS rules into a stylesheet. The vector data comes from Mapzen.

The backend is a node application that saves map designs to a database, and then blows them up to 300DPI. The final print is available as a poster, canvas, or framed poster.
